Background and Experience
Roger has involved his entire business career (since 1971) in the business forms/documents segment of the printing industry. His formative years in the business (1971–1985) were with Pittsburg, KS-based Ace Forms.
In 1987, Roger joined Girard, KS-based Perfection Forms as a Marketing Manager. Perfection Forms experienced a series of acquisitions, including Continuous Forms & Checks (CFC), where he was the National Account Manager. CFC and Perfection Forms were eventually acquired by what is now known as Cenveo (NYSE: CVO).
In 1999, Roger left Cenveo to join Fort Scott, KS-based Ward/Kraft (W/K) as a National Sales Manager. Roger left W/K in early 2007 to take a Business Development Manager position with Appleton Papers, specializing in security and technical papers.
In December 2008, Roger left Appleton Papers to form his own consulting firm, Emerging Solutions Now.
In December 2010, Roger joined St. Louis-based The Flesh Company as a Marketing Director for New Products.
In June 2017, Roger joined Corporate Development Associates as an Associate. In June 2020, Roger was named Managing Director of CDA's St. Louis office.
